The pheasants have been hanging for a few days now so Chef prepped them for the pot - with the help of You Tube. " How to skin a pheasant". Yes, skin, not pluck.
It all went pretty well, bit like helping someone take their coat off. But I did keep my distance, feeling a bit squeamish.
Later in the evening, as I watching zombies feasting in "Warm Bodies" I did think back to those pheasants.
They are in a stew ready for Sunday dinner now.
