More hills......

Today, we left the MacLehose alone (as I getting fed up with it). We walked Stage 1, 2 and 3 of the Lantau Trail and climbed Hong Kong's second and third highest peaks being Lantau Peak (934m) and Sunset Peak (869m) respectively. It was only 14km but took us a good 6 hours and involved 1,500m of climb. It was really hard and the views were good but could be better (it is the pollution which makes it hazy). We ran out of water and were rescued by a friend coming back down with more water (from his supply).
I am posting this a week later and could now contemplate doing this again but would want to wait for a better day (and perhaps split it up!).

Definitely good practice for Trailwalker!
