Windy Day in Blenheim

Winds predicted to be 90kph - I was at St Andrews for the Handbell concert (fantastic) and thought the roof was going to lift off - crossed the street to Seymour Square to find the War Memorial Fountain not coping with the wind......water blowing for miles !
