Tern

I just can't work out what the Tern is doing with this blowfish or puffer fish. Normally they leave these alone.

Not all but some puffer fish have the potent lethal toxins tetrodotoxin and/or saxitoxin, neurotoxins more than 1000 times the lethal potency of cyanide.
