The Still, Silent Centre

Treulion ni'r bore yn Aro Ling yn yr Eglwys Newydd. Dyn ni'n cwrdd, bob Sadwrn cyntaf i gynnig cyflwyniad i fyfyrdod. Mae'n anodd i bobl i eistedd mewn distawrwydd, mae'n angen lot o amser a lot o ymarfer. Dyn ni'n gobeithio ein bod ni'n gallu helpu pobl sy eisiau dechrau.

We spent the morning at Aro Ling in Whitchurch. We meet, every first Saturday to offer an introduction to meditation. It is difficult for people to sit in silence, it needs lots of time and lots of practice. We hope that we can help people who want to start.
