Last night, as spooks and ghouls inhabited the world, Ky had the misfortune to be bitten by a vampire. We mistook her need to stay in bed and dislike of day light as typical teenage lethargy but this evening, when she eventually got herself up and ready to go to a party with friends there was no mistaking her deathly pallor or her new fangs. Obviously, she is our little girl and we will be doing our best to live with a vampire, garlic now strung around our necks, pistols full of holy water at the ready and a quick watch of The Lost Boys for tips!
