Geese over Longannet Power Station.

Up and out very sharp this morning and away to the Vane Farm reserve on Loch Leven. We hoped to catch the geese rising but all we got was a bit of a damp squib instead of the whole firework display. Still, a couple of hundred geese are better than none! My photos were hopeless but MaggieD caught them very well.
Returning via the Kincardine bridge we spotted a hundred or so on the flats near the bridge. We hauled in and were just in time to see them take off. I like this shot of a few of them passing over the big power station.
The rest of the day has been spent power-washing, dealing with the daily chores and, yes, I made it into the garage for a while but spent the time wiring and soldering underneath the baseboard.
