Drymen Churchyard
D#1 came out from the big city for some country air and together we drove over to Drymen to see the photographic exhibition by MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) that is on in the church this weekend.
The photos showing the excellent help provided by this charity were fabulous and of particular interest to us, as K had benefited from its service when she was flown out of Sudan in one of its planes after a six-month placement with Tearfund several years ago.
There was also a display of photos taken by pupils of the two local primary schools. I wouldn't be surprised if we have a few potential blippers there.
An added attraction to the exhibition was the soup, bread and cheese lunches being served by volunteers, not to mention the array of scones, cakes and traybakes to accompany the teas and coffees.
This blip was taken through the glass of the church extension looking down at part of the old graveyard.
