Yep, I burned my arm today.

I went to get lunch out of the oven and touched the shelf above with predictable results, so I worked with a big bandage around my arm to protect the area.

Wasn't the best day, I had no company while I worked, for the first time since before I lost Dan, and it was a Very Bad Idea indeed.
