On Sentry Duty

There was a story in the newspapers earlier this week that the guards on sentry duty at Horseguards' Parade where carrying guns as protection against the terrorist threat.

No sign of that today as I passed by. This sentry is being very patient with the tourists who see it is a great photo opportunity.

I wouldn't get too close to that horse: they can be evil creatures with a wicked bite and nasty kick!
