Log

This log, drying by the fire, was part of the tree removed from our garden the other day.

This morning we met Maureen and Ian in The Encore for coffee. Ian was understandably annoyed when charged £4.50 for a pint of Timothy Taylor, the average price of a pint of real ale being around £3.50. Luckily it was a good pint.

Martin finished off partitioning the downstairs shower/cloakroom; though it maybe a while before it’s commissioned as the kitchen will be his next big job.
