Fly Over

Wigeon flying into Belhaven Bay, the Bass Rock behind. I stood and watched, and waited, and my patience was rewarded when this little flock arrived to join the others.

I had a rare and very welcome day off today between assignments. The day was still and warm, just perfect for a wander along the coast with my camera.

The children arrived home later and the inevitable halloween "fun" ensued. That's over for another year then! A smashing side-effect was clearing out all the old dressing up clothes that don't fit any more. Operation clutter-reduction proceeds!
