The only spooky thing round here is me!
Well that wasn't a bad day at all! I got my package for overlapping budget records working and even though the figures look a bit daft, I realised why that was watching Citizen Khan earlier. That can wait until Monday to sort out as thank goodness it is now the weekend. I am happily drinking a glass of red now.
So is mom but only for medicinal purposes. She doesn't really like red wine but read in the paper that red wine is good for you. So, everyone out there drinking red wine tonight, you'll all be feeling really healthy in the morning!
Mom went out to the hairdresser this morning and came back a bit later looking like she'd forgotten to go! It was very windy out there....
When I'd logged off work later, we walked away from the beach and into town. First call was Ayr railway station where I bought my ticket for Sunday to save time. Next, we dawdled to Ayr Auld Kirk where I thought I might get my blip today. As it was Halloween and a day when people have been getting out their goolies and ghosties all day, I thought I might as well do a graveyard effort. I had a bra in my bag to put on this tree I have pictured before but decided I'd better forget it as mom would have been dragging me by the ear to confession tomorrow to make amends!
At least in the chosen shot, you get to see the Wallace Tower peaking through on the left. Go large..
That's it for today. I'm going to watch a Dracula film now.
