Late autumn day - Kyles of Bute

I was in Kintyre all day at meetings including the Kintyre Initiative and the Argyll & Bute NFU Executive, where local Lib Dem MP Alan Reid and I discussed current issues of concern with the farming sector for a couple of hours.

Coming down the hill towards Loch Riddon on my way home, late in the afternoon, I stopped to take this at the viewpoint opposite our house. I have blipped it in several weathers and seasons but today even though a grey mist was well down on the hills a little late sun was momentarily touching the autumn colours on the hillsides . It is worth seeing large.
