Unusually, A Sunset

Left work a little earlier and drove the scenic route (i.e. country lanes) home. The sun was watery but as it lowered the clouds started to form into the patterns in the picture and colours softened to allow blues to come through. It was quite impossible to control the lighting even with filters so I resorted to an HDR, mainly to provide foreground detail in the image.

One of my earliest journal entries, back in 2012 had a similar sky.
