A perfect day for a trip to the Yorkshire Sculpture park with the children to meet up with my good friend Rachel and her too boys. The warmest Halloween on record, autumn leaves, lots of space to run around and a picnic to enjoy- without coats. Marvellous!

Lots of lovely pictures taken today of the children but I think this one of my gorgeous Godson is my favourite.

Off for a training session in the pool with an old swimming friend for the first time in 21 years! haven't worked out what I'm training for yet thought!
