Muffins!

After work this morning, I decided to pop to CurrysPcWorld to get a food mixer - to go with my new oven of course! I saw one advertised on the TV last night as being half Price! It just had to be. I also enquired about my laptop that went in for repair weeks ago. It just happened to be ready . They said they couldn't get hold of me! It has a new LCD cable, new hard drive and new lid! Cant wait to get that up and running again.
Then I popped to Tesco to get a few more trays and a cooling rack. Who would have thought the Baking isle could be so much fun!!!
I then spent the afternoon reading the instructions for the cooker, sorting out which pans would work on the induction hob (only 3!) and which baking trays would fit in the ovens.
Then out came the Kenwood and Mary Berry and I knocked up a few Blueberry Muffins!
And.....I cooked a whole dinner on the cooker AND found a boost knob for the kettle so it boils quicker than the other kettle.
ok. All this sounds very boring but Im just so happy to have a fully functioning kitchen at last!!!

And we are boring old farts who have turned all the lights off so we don't get anyone knocking at the door trying to scrounge sweets!!!!! Ha Bum Hug. I did my fair share of Trick or Treating when mine were little. Been there....done that! And Mr W is in bed ready for his night shift. So that's my excuse!
