Hot iced tea!

When my husband was having his op his cousin and I wandered around Aberdeen city centre. We hwd lunch in a lovely cafe which catered for all tastes and dietary needs. This is Carol's iced tea. Top pot freshly brewed hot tea, after three minutes this is poured into the jug of ice. Perfect! ...and a first!
