Mini blipmeet with Pixelfoto

Today started with the wash up meeting from the recent Haltwhistle Walking Festival. Everything went very smoothly and we were able to sign the festival off as a job well done with thanks to all the volunteers who worked so hard and the walkers who made it a success. Phew!

Then I met Pixelfoto aka Paula and her husband, Guy, at the General Havelock in Haydon Bridge for lunch. Paula and Guy spoke at Gateshead Camera Club last night and are speaking at the RPS weekend in the Lakes tonight. We first met in Romania in June and have been planning to meet up since then. Over lunch Paula gave me some invaluable tips on using Lightroom.

Here they are on the old bridge in Haydon Bridge. The village has been bypassed by the A69 and is now a lovely peaceful place to visit.

It's been yet another warm, sunny day.
