Travis L

In the calm of the morning with a lovely blue sky and sun beating down I started to mark out my new gardens. I got quite a bit done before the wind got up and then I retreated inside away from the pollen and dust.

Quite liked this one of rhododendron Travis L. Travis L's flowers are funnel-shaped with wavy edges and are approximately 4" in diameter, white with a pale yellow-green blotch at the base. The truss holds 8-12 flowers. This year is the first year its been so prolific bearing 12 heads on one small bush.

It's now trying to rain with stormy clouds hovering above, perhaps no painting of the fence for hubby tonight.

I'd best go and see what's for tea, enjoy the weekend everyone :)
