Not always silly, to paint the lily

These are some lilies we currently have in the house. I'm absolutely dreadful at taking pictures of flower arrangements. I can never capture the essence of the whole arrangement so I usually take the macro out and, even more frequently, just bounce the flash of the ceiling.

Having recently finally gotten my hands on a flash adapter that takes a brolly, I thought I'd muck about with flash-gun+brolly ala Strobist, and add a wide-angle in for the mix. This is the result.

1 flash off-camera with brolly perpendicular to the camera right, fill provided by, erm, bouncing the master flash off the ceiling... :-D
