...... and the last day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for 2014.

This year, I didn’t manage to upload as many photos containing the colour pink, but I support this cause and admire all my blip friends who managed a pink photo every day.

HALLOWEEN

There are three days of Hallowmas:
- Halloween October 31st
- All Saints’ Day November 1st
- All Souls’ Day November 2nd

Halloween - is a contraction of "All Hallows' Evening",
- Halloween is thought to have originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off roaming ghosts.
- In the eighth century, Pope Gregory III designated November 1 as a time to honor all saints and martyrs; All Saints’ Day, incorporated some of the traditions of Samhain. The evening before was known as All Hallows’ Eve and later Halloween.
