Spaghetti Junction

I spent several months over 2 years ago sourcing and assembling these rack cases for Moorflix - there was no end of headaches as I tried to work out what I needed and how it all worked... well I say no end, obviously they did stop :-) There's an amp, 2 blu-rays, a video switcher and a preview screen in a drawer - I've always been chuffed it actually worked!

So after all that time I recently decided to make a change to improve video/audio syncing, which I reckon was there due to a flaw in my original plan - tchhh, doh. So if you've managed to keep reading by now, yawn, it's getting so late, blah blah, oh there's someone at the door, and you've looked at all the boxes, you'll see SW1 - an additional video switcher to further confuse everybody else and make sure I get to keep control of the volume knob... well I say that but...

So no pressure then, tested at home but not on the big screen with speakers, is it going to work? Let's test it with ET on Saturday - eek! Will *I* need to phone home?
