Horns are very effective scratchers!

This Highland bullock seemed in ecstasy as he found the tip of his horn was an ideal tool for scratching his tail: "'Tis better than riches to scratch where it itches."

Tally has been spooked by fireworks in the last few days so she's not been enjoying her evening walks. I got up early enough this morning to give her a good walk at dawn and soon after. Indeed we met a few early dogs with their yawning humans in tow. Tally had a great chase about with a young labrador and I nearly blipped some pictures but they were shockingly blurry (blame the bleary photographer).
