Today has again been quite a quiet day in terms of work. I had a geomorphology lecture and a tutorial on climatology but otherwise nothing. It's been great to give myself some time to have a breather and be away from work. I thought it was acceptable since my next essay is for next Thursday, giving me (I am hoping) plenty of time to work on it before then.

I really struggled in the tutorial I think, just wasn't feeling it whatsoever, and I'm pretty disappointed with my essay that I got back. It has given me a little knock of confidence but I'm going to start afresh with next week's essay and we shall see how it goes.

I met up with Chloe this evening who is studying Geography at Brasenose because I had gone on a walk around the city to see what photographs I could get, and decided to text her and get her out. It is nice to socialise outside of college, and we went back to Jesus and I made her a cheese toastie before then going to Brasenose. I borrowed some fancy dress for tomorrow as there is a Halloween party at second year accommodation.
