Feed the Birds

Last winter , in addition to the bird seed feeder I kept buying these 1/2 coconut shells full of fat,seeds and other nutricious bits that the birds seem to like. I ended up with a few empty shells and remembering the Blue Peter programes of my youth I thought I'd make my own bird "cake" , and refill the shells ,these are my 1st batch hopefully they'll go down as well as their shop bought predecessors
