Morgan at Bearsden Cross

The Morgan Motor Company is a family-owned British motor car manufacturer founded in 1910 by Henry Morgan. A Morgan Roadster costs from about £40,000+VAT +on the road costs - or about £200 a day to hire. Now that would be a fun present!
On the way back to my car from the shops around 1.30 I captured this as the driver drew up at the lights at Bearsden Cross on a gloomy dull day. A perfect blip to lift the spirits. It shows the Primary school and War Memorial on the other side of the road. A seasonal touch, apart from the autumn colours, are the Christmas lights attached to the lamp-posts in Roman Road - ready for the switch-on.
