Padstow harbour

Today we visited the Artisan mkt in padstow to get some gluten free goodies before going to Falmouth to see. Very old friend. Sadly the gluten free guy wasn't there today.
Had a lovely lunch with a friend w him I haven't seen for at least 40 years even though we have kept on touch. More so in recent years as she lost her husband 5 1/2 years ago to a nasty type of asbestos related cancer. Apparently the government knew of the
dangers relating to asbestos from the 1930's and as the diagnosis was given so were the compensation forms! He was given 9 months but lived for 2 more years with a reasonable quality if life. She is living prove of how good our God is
