Red

I bought this funky little juicer a few weeks back, i haven't officially named her (i tend to give my appliances names) as one hasn't come to me but i'm loving this wee machine.

I've been making juice every morning (except the weekend when i felt like rubbish) and this morning i thought i'd try something different so i added a beetroot and some ginger as per my sister in laws advice- delicious! I was skeptical that Marley wouldn't have a bar of it but he had 2 cups! he thought the red colour made it even better. Excellent! For some reason i kept thinking it would be purple (not sure why) but the red the beet made the juice turn was so wonderfully vibrant!

I decided to do this each day which is a bit of an effort to prep and clean up but juicing is quick so it makes up for it and its been a great way of getting some veg into Marley who is a really picky eater, he just loves his morning juice after yoga!

This morning he even got Andre to do the sun salutation but was a bit annoyed that he used Marleys mat. 'come on dadda do some yoga, stretch your body'

He then went on to say 'dadda you need your own yoga mat this one is mine'

Its been such a beautiful day and now that Harper has dropped a nap and just has the one long nap mid morning -lunch i am getting a lot done.

Kanye had van outing day today with is class, after leaving school they popped in as i forgot his headgear they were going to victoria park and apparently they went around the hills to the harbour as well. While i was waiting for the van to come Harper ran up and down the driveway- that baby is fast on his feet now! I felt like i'd done a workout just following him around.
