Rainy Day Baking

Little Miss practised 2 of her GCSE Catering dishes this afternoon - mini Quiche Lorraine & mini Lemon Meringue Pie.
She is taking a practical exam in November and has to serve 4 different dishes for an Afternoon Tea for 2.
We are looking forward to mini Victoria Sandwich & Profiteroles next!

Wonder how many times we'll have to sample all 4 in the next few weeks?!?
