Downy Woodpecker

I went outside to see if a hummer would come to the pineapple sage while I was outside....no luck, but I did see the cute Downy Woodpecker at the suet. Then she (I think) jumped over to the tree and started climbing up. I am glad I got this before she got too far away.

Went to the gym with Bill today and walked about 2 1/2 miles. A nice steady 3 miles an hour burned off 180 calories which made me feel good.

Bill brought out the Halloween candy. I shall try to remain steadfast in my resolve to eat healthy. It's hard.
