Après Swim

Made it to training today. It felt as though I hadn't swam for months. My absence had been noticed and resulted in sarcastic comments when I mentioned how exhausted I felt half-way through the set. Point taken! Must go more often...

Heids and I had a nice lunch with friends today, while Doug finished the painting. House looks and feels all fresh and yet cosy now. I'm very pleased with the colour. We also made a start on the Halloween decorations as H just couldn't wait any longer. Two days til her birthday!
