(Context: This is not about my ex-partner/current situation - This is about a nameless person whom i see very often)

Damned stupid people!!!

Proper proud of myself today - Someone's behaviour towards me today pushed me to the edge of a blind rage... I am so proud that I managed to cope and deal with it correctly, even with all the other stresses I am experiencing I managed to control myself and not let my anger spill over...

Keep smiling, don't let the bastards get you down - And importantly - People like that don't matter - Why let them bother you? I may be down in life, but I'm not going to lower myself to their level.

To that person:
