Late night baking

Late night baking, with kitchen accessory.
The aim? A cheesecake, naturally, as earlier in the day Chris presented me with a kilogram of soft curd cheese he'd made. Perfect for the recipe I'd been eyeing.
It's out the oven now. Looks pretty jolly good.
