Toast & peanut butter, a mug of ice cold water, homework and a grazed elbow.

And now we are cuddled up with Prof Brian Cox while we wait for Teddy to come home from football.

I'd forgotten how effective Lemsip ManFlu is. I had to cycle 2 very long miles there and 2 much easier miles back, but it was worth every effort. Another early night and I should be able to function properly tomorrow.
