The View North East
We were up early. Jacqui was feeding Alice and Rosie was still asleep. I was lighting the stove and getting ready for the day but had a quick sneak outside to have a look at the sunrise colour.
A cold and clear view north east from Tayport over the mouth of the Tay estuary and Budden Ness. The lights across the river are Broughty Ferry and Carnoustie.
The house faces North which in winter leaves us little direct sun, but as the sun creeps further north we have grand sun rises and sets from the house over the river.
Although not a direct sun rise, at the time of year, at least we get the glorious colours on the north east horizon
