Access denied

Walking into work this morning and the heavy rains have achieved the expected result - you can't walk across the Ness Islands from one side to the other. By late morning came the news that the annual Halloween event on the Islands is not going to happen. Not really surprised but there will some disappointed children (& adults) in Inverness.
