Lights

The CEO is with us today. The day started with everyone coming in very wet as the rain poured down. The cyclists were particularly badly affected.

J and I commenced our programme by calling on the Lord Provost. An amazing suite of rooms, although I still prefer the cosier LP's sitting room in the Town House.

Then lunch at Hemma with a Rev. J went off to the Parliament and I had time in the office before we went to see a second Rev at the Kirk over the road to discuss Christmas. Luckily by the that time the rain had abated. The LP has agreed to join us at the event, 6 weeks to go.

The lights are on on the old bank building. I suppose this means The Dome is also lit up. Christmas!

Quiet evening at home, looking at some family history stuff. More meetings and talking tomorrow.
