Hedge Clipping

Today was the October Half Term hedge trimming session. We have Lelandii hedge along the south facing side of the garden which would block out too much light if we let it get too tall, so twice a year, before the nesting season and again in the autumn we trim it back. I had a few thoughts about blipping the large bags of clippings or the scene at the local recycling centre but decided on this small left over I found on the kitchen floor.

No idea why it is still a half term fixture ... since Gill stopped teaching neither of us is tied to the school terms .....
