Milford On Sea - Hurst Spit

This morning we took the children to Milford on Sea and spent some time enjoying the sunshine on Hurst Spit. I've been feeling poorly since having the flu jab on Saturday, but I managed to find a nice spot to sit on a rock while I watched Gary throwing pebbles into the sea with the children.

It was really warm in the sun and the kids loved watching the big waves crashing on the rocks. There were fishermen along the spit with their lines going into the sea and plenty of families with young children doing much the same as we were.
