The trip that didn't happen

Well this should have been some interesting blip from London but.............got up at 4.30am, left the house at 5.10am, got to the airport at 5.30 am, sitting on the plane at 6.30am, still sitting on the plane on the runway at 7.30am when a flame and sparks fly out of the engine, off the plane by 7.45am, flight cancelled by 8.30am........working as usual by 9.15am. Not quite the day I had planned so here's a picture of my Timorous Beasties Scottish thistle curtains since I stayed in bonnie Scotland instead of taking a trip to the big smoke!!
