When I run I run away from zombies

I use a zombie run app when I run. It is like an unfolding audio book but you are a character in it. Your name is runner 5. They were selling Halloween t shirts and frankly I could not resist.

I have a whole lot of house sorting today as we are having a wall knocked down. Between phone calls, father in law visits and just generally being a lazy old trout .... I have not started yet.
