Fly Agaric in the Woods

Fly Agaric, also known as Amanita Muscaria, is one of the most iconic and distinctive British fungi. With its red cap and white spots, it is renowned for its toxicity and hallucinogenic properties.

Attractive as it is, we will not be incorporating it into any of our risottos or pasta dishes any time soon!!!
