Through The Forget-Me-Not Forest
It was quite a nice day this morning so I spent some time in the garden pulling out spent Primulas and other spring annuals then after lunch shot in to town to buy replacements. I ended up getting Petunias as they make a great show in the summer and are reasonably drought resistant.
By the time I did a few other chores in town and arrived home again it was raining quite heavily so I left the new plants out in the rain and came indoors.
A good opportunity for another page of " Abaigeal's Amazing Adventures". Today she is offered a ride on the back of a friendly rooster, who then takes her on a wonderful journey through the flower garden, past all manner of interesting paraphernalia including, the statue of Peace and Quiet.
