Not Penang Salmon

I'd planned on Penang salmon tonight until I defrosted the salmon and thought the combination of brown blotchy flesh and fishy smell was perhaps not that appetising, so shrimp were hastily defrosted instead.

Dare I say I preferred the shrimp version to the salmon one? It was yummy!
