Postcard from the Pentlands

Wish you were here. Had vague plans for the day but it was just so grand out that I felt compelled to head for the hills - after buying a thermos and filling it with budget priced lobster bisque. Great walk over Turnhouse Hill and Carnethy. This snap was taken from Loganlea on the walk back.
Afterwards called in to see Paul - he'd been to the Stranglers in a wheelchair and this weekend he's off to see The Skids farewell at the Alhambra - part of the Fifer Festival. He didn't even know who Celtic were playing this coming weekend so I think he's thrown in his towel.
Bought a Montenegro guidebook after that - great blips there shoorly...
