Pumpkin picking

A day off with Charlotte today which was lovely but has gone far too fast!

We went to Farmer Copley's to do some pumpkin picking and carving, something we have done for the last few years. It gets bigger each year, more things going on. Even though we only got two relatively small ones this time we were lucky enough to spot a wheelbarrow on the way in - Lottie had fun trying to push it. Notice that she has my bridge camera round her neck, she seems to have adopted it over the weekend!! Took lots of arty pumpkin pictures but think this shows the fun of the day.

This afternoon was housework and her swimming lesson but it has been so nice to spend a few extra days with her, just wish I had the rest of the week off.
