Early Morning Grids, London

Day 291 of 365. After yesterday's travails it meant I had to stay in a hotel. I thought I'd get there (it was after midnight) and crash out but for some reason I only slept very fitfully. Today's shot is of the early morning grids I saw through the window of my room. I decided to go out for my breakfast and ended up having poached eggs on toast - very nice it was too!
Thankfully one of my workmates said he would cover the work that needed doing today so it meant I could catch my train home earlier than I thought I would be able to. I took advantage of the very mild weather and took a stroll through Hyde Park to get to Victoria to catch my train.
