Mono Monday.........Textures.

A very quick blip tonight for mono monday/ textures.
It seems to have been a busy day, including washing ( which all dried outside in the breeze) At the moment I am in the middle of making Christmas cakes. A quick dash to the shops as I hadn't enough sultanas and currants.
Now all the fruit is steeping in Brandy, and will be added to the butter, eggs, flour, ground almonds and sugar tomorrow, then in the oven for 4 hours.
Wonderful smells throughout the house!

Thank you all for the stars and fav for my kingfisher yesterday. So glad you all liked it too.
