Sulking!

I had a day off today, as I was taking my mum to a hospital appointment in the afternoon. Rocky was delighted when G went off to work, and I did not.

He obviously thought he was in for a day of indulgence, and was sadly disappointed when I parked myself at the laptop to do some e-mails and research a new gas and electricity deal, since our fixed rate tariff is coming to an end.

When I was eventually ready to take him out, it was blowing a gale and pouring with rain again and after taking a quick peek out, he declined my offer to go walking.

Fair enough really, I wasn't too keen myself. Very glad I treated myself to a new raincoat last week, it came in handy.
